MALTA
Malta is like nowhere else I've been. Tiny Mediterranean island nation with massive history - think ancient temples older than Stonehenge, fortified cities, stunning coastline, and a weird mix of British and Italian influences.
I explored Malta's main islands - Malta itself, Gozo (quieter and more rural), and Comino (famous for Blue Lagoon). It's small enough to visit multiple places in a day but diverse enough that you won't get bored.
Perfect destination if you want Mediterranean sunshine, historical sites, good food, and English-speaking locals without the crowds of Italy or Greece.
