Before visiting Rhodes I spent more time than I care to admit trying to work out where to actually stay.

Should I base myself inside the Old Town? Down in Lindos? Somewhere on the east coast beaches? On the resort strip everyone seems to book by default?

I went to Rhodes to experience this beautiful Greek island with a local. My best friend who was born, raised and lived in Rhodes. I mean who better to experience a new Greek island with a local.

I recently spent some time exploring Rhodes and quickly fell in love with the island. Between wandering through the medieval Old Town, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and discovering hidden spots around the island, there was never a shortage of things to do.
