This recipe is going to make you lust for more!

I have to say this is one of the easiest recipes I have ever tried. It might be calorific to some but it’s definitely a party pleaser, and indulge once in a while.
More importantly, these balls tastes divine…if I say so myself ha!
The best part of it all? ….. It only has 5 ingredients!
Yes, you have read that right! It also means less washing up!
You will need:
- 1 bag of Mini Marshmallows
- 1 can of Condensed milk (not evaporated cause I made that mistake once ha!)
- 1 tub of Glazed Cherries
- 1 packet of Milk Digestive Biscuits(or other biscuits which you may fancy)
- 1 pack of Desiccated Coconut for coating

Take a bag and pour all the digestive biscuits into the bag, then use a hammer or a rolling pin – bash the biscuits till it’s all crumbly and fine or you can put them into a blender and pulse it till it is crumbly.

Personally, I prefer the bashing – it doubles as stress relief!

Pour the crushed biscuits into a big bowl.
Cut up the cherries into halves or smaller pieces then throw in the marshmallows (depending on how big the bag is, I start with half of the bag first then you can always add more to it later).

Mix it all up.

Now here’s the messy part, pour in the condensed milk, pour some of it in first then mix the ingredients together, then continue pouring till it is all wet and sticky.

Note – don’t pour in the whole can because you just want it to bind the ingredients together, otherwise, if it is too wet, you can’t roll it up into a ball.

Take the desiccated coconut and pour some into a separate bowl.
Now here comes the messy, fun part!
Don’t forget to wash your hands first. Cleanliness is Godliness as they say.

Grab a spoon and take some of the mixtures, and roll it between your hands, it should be sticky enough to form into a ball.
Then take the ball and roll it into the desiccated coconut for coating.

Voila! It is that easy, repeat till all the mixture is done and there you have it.
I made approximately about 20 medium sized balls but you can make it bigger or smaller – it’s completely up to you.

Afternoon snack with my favourite Moo cow mug haha!

Or mix melted chocolate or honey with the condensed milk to make it more chocolatey…mmm… chocolate!

This recipe is not about exact measurements it’s more of how you like it.
If you hate cherries, then you can replace it with any other dried fruit which you may fancy.
Remember you can customise this to your heart’s desire! Let me know how it works out for you! Love to hear back!
P.s: Thanks to my lovely friend for introducing me to this recipe 🙂
